Your role focuses on creating a nurturing atmosphere while using the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework. Engage in daily observations and build meaningful relationships with families to foster a supportive learning environment for children’s growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Create an inviting and energetic learning space
- Collaborate with the Lead ECE to establish routines




- Observe and document children's individual interests
- Deliver a creative curriculum based on children's needs
- Foster family communication and involvement Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education
