We are currently looking for a PRESS OPERATOR to join our BURLINGTON team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that will be responsible for the operation of vinyl presses to produce high quality vinyl records for fulfillment of assigned customer orders.

This position operates on a weekly rotation of day (7am-3pm) and afternoon (3pm-11pm) shift basis and is eligible for shift premium. Operate vinyl presses to produce materials consistent with customer specifications while ensuring quality standards are met and adhering to all safety standards and regulations Read work orders and production schedules to ensure conformance to customer specifications Set up, start and shut down machines (extruders, hydraulic and pneumatic presses) & monitor their operations,



restocking materials as required Perform quality audits at point of manufacture maintain cleanliness of equipment and assigned production area at all times Maintain a constant visual on parts produced and perform visual quality control audits Ensure to work following all Company policies and procedures Targeted reduction in waste of all forms (time, materials, labour) Required to stand for long periods of time (duration of shift) Involves repetitive motions for duration of shift; use of hands and wrist continuously in a controlled workplace; High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must be willing to work all shifts & to work overtime as business needs require Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred Bonus structure based on Company and Individual performance ~Retirement savings match program ~ Casual dress ~ Employee Assistance Program ~ As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to submit a clear Criminal Record Check, at their own expense, prior to start date.
