- Facilitate procurement of goods and services for the Institute
- Prepare and review open call bids and purchase orders
- Liaise with Strategic Procurement on compliance matters
- Monitor and administer standing offers and blanket orders
- Prepare reconciliations and perform related duties Requirements:
- 3-5 years of procurement experience
- Diploma in Business Administration or similar field
- Strong interpersonal and data entry skills
- Knowledge of Banner Finance System is a plus
- SCMP designation or equivalent experience preferred Utilize your procurement knowledge and skills to contribute meaningfully at the Marine Institute.
