Elevate your career as a Procurement Specialist with Carlson Construction Group at the Neptune Terminal Project. You will ensure all materials are procured efficiently on this 8-month contract.

In this role reporting to the Project Service Manager, you will manage procurement activities critical to maintaining project schedules. Your core tasks will include processing purchase requests, sourcing from reliable vendors, and ensuring that all materials meet project needs on time. Your experience in a quick-paced environment will be essential.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct competitive bidding and vendor evaluations • Issue and manage purchase orders • Track vendor deliverables and documentation • Monitor procurement risks and delays • Coordinate with project stakeholders

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in a related field • At least 3 years of procurement experience • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities • Experience with ERP systems; Acumatica preferred • Valid driver's license and 10 days on/4 days off schedule
