Frima is looking for a Producer to join the team on one of our full-development projects! and support your direct team members by providing ongoing coaching and feedback Contribute to employee development and internal succession planning through rigorous performance management and by developing training plans tailored to individual needs and the company’s strategic priorities Contribute to various initiatives aimed at developing and strengthening your discipline community Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any equivalent combination of education and experience Approximately ten (10) years of relevant production management experience in the video game industry Proven experience working on at least one shipped AAA or AA title Experience managing risks, budgets, dependencies, and priorities Ability to travel internationally when required Excellent written and spoken French and English. English proficiency is required, as we collaborate with English-speaking partners. Excellent organizational and planning skills Strong leadership skills and demonstrated project management abilities
