Novacell Solutions Inc. is a subsidiary of BTI Wireless Inc., a Los Angeles based company established in 1999. Novacell is concentrated on In Building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) Research and Development.

We are seeking a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of our Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Wireless Coverage portfolio. In this role, you will define the product roadmap, translate market requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate closely with engineering, sales, operations, and global manufacturing vendors. You will bridge technical complexity with commercial strategy to ensure our in-building cellular and public safety coverage solutions remain competitive.

Because of our international footprint and global supply chain, this on-site role requires the flexibility to occasionally attend early morning or late evening alignment meetings with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the DAS portfolio (active, passive, or hybrid systems). Define the product vision, market positioning, and long-term roadmap based on cellular technology evolution (e.g., 5G NR, Open RAN, CBRS, Private Networks).
- Market & Requirements Definition: Gather and analyze feedback from enterprise clients, tier-1 carriers, system integrators, and internal sales teams. Write clear, detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and technical user stories for engineering.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, hardware/software technical support, and sales operations to manage product development, hardware sourcing,



component validation, and software/firmware release cycles.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with global component manufacturers and OEM vendors to evaluate technical capabilities, manage production lead times, and align product configurations with regional regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, etc.).
- Global Meeting Alignment: Regularly sync with international engineering hubs, global suppliers, and regional sales heads, which includes participating in early morning or late evening international conference calls.
- Go-To-Market & Enablement: Create technical product collateral, data sheets, and application guides. Conduct product training sessions for the technical support, sales operations, and field engineering teams.

Qualifications:

- Domain Expertise: 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or technical systems engineering experience explicitly within the In-Building Wireless, Cellular Infrastructure, or DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of RF fundamentals, active/passive DAS architecture, headend equipment, remote units, fiber optic transport, and wireless standards (4G LTE, 5G, sub-6 GHz, mmWave, Public Safety/ERRCS).
- Business Acumen:



Proven track record of launching hardware or hardware-plus-software products. Ability to perform competitive analysis, manage product pricing, and build business cases for new features.
- Global Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience working effectively across international boundaries, diverse cultures, and shifting time zones.
- Location & Schedule: Commitment to working full-time on-site at our corporate office, with the flexibility to adapt working hours for critical international syncs.

Pay: $110,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
