Job Title: Product Owner (Med Tech)

Location: Kitchner, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days)

Hire Mode: Contract

Primary Skills: Product Owner with experience in Med-Tech or Digital health

- Drive definition of user stories / tasks and agreement on scope and requirements with project and product management, business partners and experts across the organization, starting in early phases
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog
- Define and set up agile team in collaboration with stream managers and line organization
- Closely collaborate with and support project manager, project lead, product manager, test manager and verification teams
- High motivation to explore, grow and shape the area of the stream
- Qualified working experience with state-of-the-art software development technologies and tools




- Ability to deal with unclear content (refine work-packages)
- Coordination with various stakeholders
- R&D; processes know-how
- Leadership skills with customer facing prior experience will be an integral part of this role

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in managing project planning of product based
- Knowledge of med-tech regulations and clinical workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in program management tools and methodologies using Agile/Scrum, Jira, MS Project or similar tools
