As a Production Associate, you play a crucial role in the production process, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our feed production operations.

Responsibilities

- Safely and effectively operate various production equipment to produce, pack and store feed
- Lift and move 25kg (55lb) feed bags
- Stack and prepare finished products for shipment
- Operate forklift and receive ingredients into the mill
- Maintain rigorous quality control, ensuring all products meet or exceed company specifications
- Positively interact with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and identify process improvements
- Uphold strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Qualifications

- Prior production or agriculture experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift 25kg (55lb) feed bags repeatedly
- Capable of working in temperatures that may vary, including heat and cold




- Ability to function in an environment with possible allergens such as peanuts, nuts, grains and dust
- Valid driver’s licence with access to your own transportation
- High school diploma
- Thrives in fast-paced settings, working well independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and high-quality work
