Saltman Home Services is a family owned & operated cleaning company proudly serving Lunenburg County & surrounding areas for over 10 years. We provide qualified residential, short-term rental, post-construction & commercial cleaning services.

About you:

- Reliable transportation & ability to travel to various jobs
- Strong work ethic with a dependable attendance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including standing, bending & moving for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently while managing time appropriately
- Friendly, professional and respectful by nature

Previous professional cleaning experience is always an asset yet we are happy to train a motivated applicant. Position is part-time until individual is trained to work full-time independently.

Once trained & comfortable to work independently your schedule will be established. Cleanings & bookings will be completed at the same homes on a consistent weekly, biweekly & monthly rotation cleaning with a maximum of two homes per day. This enables a reliable & predictable routine for both our clients & staff. We use a scheduling app for staff to view bookings/location, notes & log hours. Having been in operation for over 10 years, we are fortunate to have many long standing clients. Both our established and new customers are truly wonderful, where our staff consistently feel welcomed, respected & appreciated in their homes.

Lastly, this is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety & being on the go. If you prefer working in multiple locations throughout the day rather than sitting behind a desk or cash register, you may find this position to be a lovely fit.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
