Kolani Kitchen & Bath seeks a detail-oriented Sales Representative for new store Kingston, Ontario. This role involves guiding clients through product selection, preparing estimates, processing work orders, and ensuring timely file completion. As a liaison between departments, you'll maintain invoice integrity and contribute to a skilled showroom experience. Ideal candidates have a passion for interior design, strong administrative skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Handle our showroom, Interact with clients.

Creating quotations and invoices, order products and receiving from suppliers.

Complete all work in a timely manner paying close attention to timelines and priority jobs.

Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen and/or bathroom design needs and preferences.

Create detailed kitchen and bath design plans using CAD software.





Select and recommend materials, finishes, and fixtures.

Collaborate with the project manager and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of the kitchen and bathroom project.

Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in kitchen & bath design.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design principles, materials, and finishes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Time management skills to meet deadlines
