WSP seeks a dedicated Project Coordinator to support Mechanical and Electrical teams on high-impact projects. You will drive project excellence through coordination, documentation, and a strong commitment to health, safety, and environment (HSE).
This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of project coordination experience within engineering environments. You will help deliver diverse projects spanning various sectors, partnering closely with Project Managers to define scope and manage risks. This position offers a solid career pathway with opportunities for mentorship and development toward project management roles, including gaining a PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities: • Support multidisciplinary projects from initiation to close‑out • Define scope, schedules,
risks with Project Managers • Develop comprehensive Project Management Plans • Monitor project progress and communicate risks effectively • Maintain essential project documentation and logs
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field • 3–5 years of project coordination experience • Familiarity with EMS Office, MS Project, and BIM • Solid communication and reporting skills • Progress toward PMP certification is a plus
