Project Coordinator – ICI Construction

Location: Mississauga, ON (Project Site) / Oakville, ON (Office)

Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 benefits

Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a $30M life safety upgrade project within an occupied ICI building in Mississauga.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who is comfortable working in occupied spaces and wants to gain experience on a large, complex project involving ongoing coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and building occupants.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administration

- Coordinate communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

- Track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation

- Assist with project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting

- Coordinate work activities while minimizing disruption to building occupants

- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes

- Assist with procurement,



deliveries, and subcontractor coordination

- Maintain accurate project records and support project closeout

Qualifications

- 1–5 years of construction/project coordination experience

- Experience with commercial, institutional, or ICI construction is an asset

- Experience working in occupied spaces is strongly preferred

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

- Construction-related education or experience is an asset
