Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our agile construction team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules that ensure timely completion of construction projects. Your expertise in construction management software and scheduling tools will help coordinate resources, track progress, and communicate project timelines effectively.

Duties

- Develop comprehensive project schedules using MS Project, and other construction management software to align with project scope and deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately plan project phases
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to establish realistic timelines and milestones
- Monitor project progress regularly, updating schedules to reflect actual performance and identify potential delays early
- Utilize Bluebeam for detailed plan review, markup, and coordination of design documents
- Assist in construction estimating processes by providing scheduling insights based on resource availability and project scope




- Maintain clear communication of schedule changes or adjustments to all stakeholders ensuring everyone stays aligned

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction scheduling with a strong understanding of construction management processes
- Proficiency in MS Project, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction software tools
- Solid knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents related to civil engineering and construction projects
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and project management fundamentals
- Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
