You will oversee research, develop donor profiles, and enhance the Foundation's pipeline management systems. Collaborate closely with multiple teams to maximize fundraising efforts and ensure campaign readiness. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis for major gift prospects
- Develop comprehensive donor profiles and briefing notes
- Manage Major Gift portfolios with Donor Managers




- Implement effective moves management practices for pipeline conversion
- Analyze and report on donor movement and campaign performance Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in prospect or portfolio management
- Strong knowledge of fundraising analytics and moves management
- Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
