We are seeking a highly organized and motivated study coordinator to support a CIHR-funded randomized controlled trial evaluating a mental health program for premenstrual mood disorders. The successful candidate will play a central role in participant recruitment, assessment, and data collection, working closely with the research team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the study.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating and implementing participant recruitment strategies, screening and enrolling participants, and conducting structured clinical interviews to determine eligibility. The coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring participant progress throughout the study, ensuring adherence to study protocols, and maintaining regular communication with participants to support retention and engagement.
In addition, the coordinator will oversee data collection processes, including tracking completion of study measures, identifying and addressing missing or inconsistent data, and ensuring that all data are collected and stored in accordance with ethical and institutional guidelines. The role will involve close collaboration with the research team to troubleshoot issues as they arise and to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Experience with clinical interviews, mental health research, or digital health interventions is considered an asset.

- Recently completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related field
- Strong interest in mental health research and clinical psychology

Experience interacting with research participants or working in a helping role is an asset
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants
- Comfortable following structured protocols and learning standardized assessment procedures (e.g., SCID; training will be provided)

Experience with data entry, management, or analysis is an asset
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities
Physical Demands Pay Grade As Per CUPE 5791 Research Salary Range As per CUPE 5791 Research Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Your working hours will be weekly for a total of 40 hours per week
