Join Calfrac as a Pump Shop Supervisor and ensure efficient fluid end repairs in a protected working environment. You will operate Class 1 units and maintain equipment while leading a dedicated team.

In this role, you will be part of the Maintenance Department, directly reporting to the Maintenance Manager. Your primary focus will involve coordinating fluid ends repairs, testing equipment post-repairs, and maintaining operational readiness of essential supplies. You will ensure adherence to Calfrac's stringent HSE policies throughout your daily activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate removal and installation of fluid ends and components • Test units after repairs to meet District requirements • Safely operate Class 1 units in the district yard • Facilitate new hire training sessions and shop tours • Operate forklifts as necessary

Requirements: • Class 1 driver's license with a clean abstract • 5+ years in oilfield services or similar • High School Diploma or GED • Basic mechanical skills and computer knowledge • Overhead crane certification is an asset
