Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Inspector ensures that manufactured products meet internal quality standards as well as customer requirements.

The incumbent performs dimensional and visual inspections, prepares non-conformance reports, and participates in quality monitoring throughout the manufacturing process. Team-building activities and events that foster a positive and welcoming workplace culture.

Performing dimensional and visual inspections of machined and/or welded components. Developing inspection and test plans as well as inspection reports. Ensuring all required inspections and verifications are completed prior to customer delivery.

Performing material identification and entering data into the ERP system. Participating in the continuous improvement of quality processes. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection within a mechanical manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both French and English to support our English-speaking clientele.
