Elite Iron Design Inc. is looking for a reliable Railing Installation Helper to join our installation team. This hands-on position supports the installation of custom metal and glass railings, handrails, and stair components at residential and commercial job sites throughout the GTA.

We are looking for someone comfortable using tools, working on construction sites, and doing physical work. Previous installation or construction experience is an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with the installation of custom metal and glass railings, handrails, and related components
- Assist installers with measuring, positioning, levelling, and securing railing components
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Load, unload, carry, and handle tools, materials, railings, and glass components
- Follow drawings, measurements, and instructions from the installation team
- Help prepare and protect work areas before and during installation
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials organized
- Keep job sites clean and protected during and after installation
- Collaborate with installers and other team members to complete projects on schedule
- Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS





- Previous experience in railing installation, construction, metal installation, or a related field is an asset.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Comfortable performing physical work and handling materials
- Ability to follow measurements and instructions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Able to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM; occasional weekend availability may be required
- Able to reliably commute to our shop in Mississauga for a 7:00 AM start
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence is an asset.

Work environment: Workshop & job sites Location: Mississauga, ON — Cawthra & Dundas area / Various job sites across the GTA

Language: Basic English required; Spanish is an asset.

Start: Immediate.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
