Responsibilities

- Assist licensed RCICs in preparing and reviewing immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
- Conduct initial client consultations to gather relevant information and understand their immigration goals
- Research and stay updated on current immigration policies, procedures, and regulations to provide informed support
- Organize and maintain detailed client files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal standards
- Support the team in communicating with government agencies, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the application process




- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to deepen your understanding of Canadian immigration law
- Contribute to the development of client case strategies by gathering necessary documentation and data

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled or recently completed a program related to immigration consulting or law, with a strong desire to become licensed as an RCIC
- Demonstrated interest in Canadian immigration policies, procedures, and legal frameworks
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for document review and data management
- Robust communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn from experienced professionals
