Key Responsibilities

- Carry out regular welfare, health, and security checks.
- Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of residents.
- Monitor access to the building and ensure only authorised visitors enter.
- Identify, report, and accurately document safeguarding, security concerns, and incidents.
- Respond to and investigate alarm activations when required.
- Maintain accurate visitor and incident logs.
- Distribute food donations and assist with light cleaning duties.
- Support senior support staff with other tasks as required.
