Responsibilities

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing comprehensive support throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings effectively to prospective buyers or tenants
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or lease agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties across various channels, including online platforms and social media
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining client records, and coordinating appointments
- Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely updates




- Support property management activities by coordinating maintenance requests, tenant inquiries, and lease renewals

Qualifications

- Proven experience or background in real estate, property management, or related fields is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients
- Excellent marketing abilities to attract potential buyers or tenants through creative campaigns
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently
