Qualifications

- Successful completion of a Law Clerk or similar program
- Minimum of 5 of experience in a legal setting seeing real estate deals through from start to finish
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with deeds, title searches, easements, and severances

The right candidate will be proficient in the following areas:
- Administration of sales,



purchases, refinancing and mortgage files for builder/developer clients
- File Openings
- Client Correspondence
- Drafting Documents
- Reporting and billing
