Maintain existing client accounts from an account maintenance perspective, including but not limited to management of models, execution of trades, all position rebalancing functions to contracted levels, cash raises, and sending EFTs. Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner (account transactions, requests, account documentation, account reporting, etc.). Ad hoc analysis on products and/or accounts as directed by the Advisor Team.

Canadian Investment Regulatory

Exam, CIRE. Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite with experience and comfort with both Microsoft Excel and basic numeracy skills. High quality time management and organization skills.
