Inviting applications for the role of Reconciliation SME – Oracle ARCS

Be part of a dynamic team working on various Oracle EPM suits under Corp Technologies.

Seeking a Reconciliation SME with strong expertise in Account Reconciliation processes and hands-on experience using Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The ideal candidate will drive transaction matching between sub-systems and GL (especially daily Banks transactions and Cash), reconciliation process execution, governance, standardization, and continuous improvement while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of reconciliations.

Role and responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Lead end-to-end account reconciliation activities for balance sheet and operational accounts.
- Analyze current reconciliation processes and identify opportunities for standardization and automation.
- Define reconciliation policies, procedures, and governance frameworks (Experience configuring reconciliation profiles, formats, workflows, and matching rules in ARCS)
- Ensure timely completion and certification of reconciliations in accordance with financial close timelines.
- Monitor aging items, exceptions,



and unreconciled balances and drive resolution.
- Lead Requirement, UAT, user training, application process and operational activities post-go-live to stabilize the application
- Drive reconciliation process standardization, automation, and compliance improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and IT stakeholders.
- Provide solution leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Lead defect triage, issue resolution, and cutover planning
- Advise on best practices for controls, audit readiness, segregation of duties, and compliance
- Create and maintain:
- solution design documents
- configuration workbooks
- process flows
- support runbooks

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of:

- Bank and Cash transaction matching – in a global organization with Multiple regions, Banks, Currencies.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Intercompany Reconciliations
- Transaction Matching for Sub-ledger to Ledger (AP, AR, Fixed Assets etc)
- Month-End Close Processes
- General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- SOX and Audit Compliance
- Key contributor to feeds design from each source systems to land data in Transaction Matching and Reconciliation Compliance modules
- Have done couple of Finance Transformation Programs

Preferred Skills

- Oracle ARCS Configuration and Administration
- Transaction Matching and Auto-Matching Rule Setup
- Oracle EPM Cloud
- Oracle ERP Cloud / Oracle EBS / SAP Integration
- Data Analysis and validation of feeds for TM and RC modules out of sub-ledgers, ledger
- Process Documentation and Governance
- Finance Transformation Initiatives
- UAT Planning and Execution
- Stakeholder Management

ERP Experience to source data in ARCS

- Oracle Financials (GL and Sub ledgers)
- SAP

(preferable experience in handling clients’ ERPs of oil and natural gas transportation, storage, and distribution) Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field




- Sound Functional experience in Reconciliation processes and played Transformation Roles – including Bank to Cash Reconciliation and Subledger Reconciliation
- Experience in Journal Entry Posting related to Reconciliation differences

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud (ARCS) Certification
- Oracle EPM Cloud Certification
- CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent accounting qualification
- PMP, Agile, or Finance Transformation certifications
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Solid research and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of general accounting and ability to verify accuracy and completeness of information
- Ability to document complex processes and policies.
