Do you love helping people feel welcome and set up for success? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to create an exceptional experience for Owner Operators, Broker Drivers, Rehires, and Transfers.
Schedule : Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm Send recent hire packets, coordinate pre-employment testing, and keep everything on track. Track progress and manage onboarding status in the ATS.
Experience That Shines – 2+ years in onboarding, recruiting coordination, or HR admin (bonus if you’ve worked in transportation/logistics!). Tech-Savvy & Organized – Comfortable managing ATS workflows and juggling multiple priorities.
Language
Skills – Bilingual in English/French is a plus
