Red Seal Automotive technician , In this role, you'll get to take full ownership over the complete customer experience and completion of necessary work. As a red seal you'll be a leader on the team, to help mentor, supervise and lead by example in completing service and repairs. We will support your development and training where required to complete the tasks. Duties for this position include:

- Greeting and interacting with customers
- Determining how we can help
- Discussing products and services
- Providing recommendations based on vehicle assessments
- Working with a close knit team
- Oil and filter changes
- Replacement of vital car fluids (e.g. coolant, transmission, and drive line fluids)
- Replacement of parts under the hood (e.g. air, cabin and fuel filters, headlights, taillights, wiper blades, etc.)
- Refilling performance enhancers to ensure the car runs smoothly (fuel injection cleaning, spark plugs and coil packs)




- Performing courtesy checks on all vehicles (e.g. topping up fluid levels, cleaning windows and checking tire pressure)
- Servicing brakes
- servicing light mechanical
- tire install and balancing, flat repairs and TPMS.
- vehicle scanning plus.
- Air Conditioning recharge and repair.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:
- Automotive repair: 5 years (preferred)
- Red Seal: 1 year (preferred)
- automotive technician: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (preferred)
- Red Seal (preferred)
- Journeyman/Red seal (preferred)
