We are looking for a dependable, motivated HVAC/R Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values integrity, accountability, and craftsmanship.

Position Overview

You will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing commercial and residential HVAC/R systems. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

- Service and troubleshoot HVAC/R equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Install commercial and residential HVAC/R systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Follow Alberta OHS standards and company safety procedures
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment




- Participate in on-call rotation

Qualifications

- HVAC/R experience required
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- 2nd or 3rd year Refrigeration certification required
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using digital invoicing/service software

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
