A Day In The Life Of a Regional Manager The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of a portfolio of 9 branches in the Edmonton region. This role ensures exceptional customer experience, strong financial performance, and consistent operational execution across the region.

Customer Experience

Champion a customer-first culture and ensure consistent, high-quality service across all branches Resolve escalated customer concerns and reinforce customer retention practices Oversee performance management, employee relations, and talent development in partnership with HR Financial Performance & Accountability Own regional P&L; performance, driving revenue growth, profitability,



and expense control Monitor key financial metrics and ensure Store Managers effectively manage branch-level performance Drive customer acquisition and portfolio growth through local marketing and company programs Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures across all branches Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize operations and collections outcomes 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role within retail, financial services, or a customer-focused environment ~ Strong business acumen with experience managing P&L; performance and achieving financial targets ~ Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive results ~ Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive business decisions ~ Postsecondary education in business or a related field is preferred ~ Valid driver's license and ability to travel within BC and our head office in Mississauga, ON Employee discounts on furniture, electronics, and appliances.
