As a key member of the Maternal & Child team, you will conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop tailored care plans for various patient needs. Your work will include liaising with healthcare professionals and providing education to both in-patient and out-patient clients. Key Responsibilities:



• Perform nutrition assessments for neonatal and pediatric patients • Create nutrition care plans addressing various disorders • Educate and counsel Obstetrical clients on nutrition • Collaborate with healthcare team members for specialized needs • Supervise clinical nutrition students and interns

Requirements: • Degree in Food and Nutrition • Current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario • 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred • Minimum two years in Pediatric Nutrition • Experience in NICU environments required
