Role Description

This full-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at Massage Addict London Oxford St & Wonderland Rd in London, ON. The therapist will conduct client consultations, perform assessments, and deliver individualized treatment plans using a range of therapeutic massage techniques. Daily responsibilities include providing high-quality hands-on treatments, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, and educating clients on wellness, stress management, and self-care strategies.

The therapist will work with clinic staff to manage appointment flow, ensure treatment rooms are clean and prepared,



and support a welcoming, professional environment. Collaboration with other health and wellness professionals at the clinic is encouraged to deliver integrated client care.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer Service, including clear communication, empathy, and professionalism with all clients.
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques, with a focus on assessing client needs and delivering safe, effective treatments.
- Skills in Stress Management and wellness education to help clients manage tension and improve overall well-being.
- Competence in general Body Massage techniques, including relaxation and deep tissue work, tailored to client goals.
- Current registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory body/college for massage therapy in Ontario.
- Valid professional liability insurance and adherence to ethical, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Ability to work full time on-site, manage a steady caseload, and collaborate effectively with clinic administrators and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
