Riverbend Massage Therapy is growing, and we’re looking to welcome another Registered Massage Therapist to our team!
We are an established, busy massage therapy clinic with a strong existing clientele and a team-oriented team of practitioners. We are looking for an RMT who wants to build a rewarding practice while working in a professional, supportive environment where the administrative side of running a practice is taken care of for you.
Whether you are an experienced RMT looking to grow your existing practice or a newer RMT looking for the right clinic to establish yourself, we would love to hear from you!

Compensation
We offer a competitive percentage-based compensation structure.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Has professional liability insurance
- Provides high-quality, patient-centred care
- Is confident treating a variety of conditions and patient populations
- Values communication, professionalism and teamwork
- Maintains appropriate clinical documentation, informed consent and professional boundaries
- Is motivated to build strong, long-term relationships with patients
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic environment
