Responsibilities

- Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and health history
- Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques,



and continuing education requirements

Requirements

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and treatment planning
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team environment
- Prior experience in massage therapy or related health fields is preferred but not mandatory
- Must adhere to all health and safety standards, including sanitation protocols
