Oak Valley Health in Markham, Ontario, is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the Acute Medicine team. You will provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, patient education and discharge planning to support continuity of care during the patient’s stay.

The role requires current registration, BCLS, and acute medical experience; you will work 12-hour day and night shifts, with availability for weekdays, weekends and holidays. A cooperative, patient-centred approach is essential.
