Your role will help patients achieve their physical and functional goals for a more independent community living. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver nursing interventions effectively
- Administer medications and treatments per RPN scope




- Provide interpersonal client-centred care
- Collaborate with Registered Nurse for individualized plans
- Support clients in their return to independent living Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate, Level C
- Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills in Meditech and Microsoft Office Utilize your nursing skills and compassion to support geriatric patients in their recovery at Baycrest.
