As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will care for patients requiring surgical attention, leveraging your skills in intravenous therapy, medication administration, and patient health education. - Administer medications and wound care dressing
- Initiate and monitor intravenous therapy
- Conduct patient health teaching and assessments
- Handle patient-controlled analgesia and nerve blocks
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited RPN program
- Hold a current Registered Practical Nurse license
- Minimum 1-year acute surgical experience
- BCLS certification required
