What You’ll Do

Patient Care

- Provide hands‑on care with a focus on safety, comfort, and high‑quality medical support
- Promote a positive, fear‑free experience for every patient

Client Communication
- Strengthen the client–animal bond through clear, compassionate communication
- Support clients through phone, text, email, and video chat

Surgery & Dentistry
- Assist with anesthesia monitoring, patient prep, dental radiographs, and dental cleanings
- Ensure smooth, safe surgical flow and excellent patient outcomes

Laboratory Work
- Perform in‑house IDEXX diagnostics, fecal analysis, and basic cytology
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all lab processes

Appointment Support
- Assist veterinarians during exams and treatments
- Help maintain efficient, organized appointment flow

Record Keeping
- Ensure accurate, professional medical records and drug logs
- Uphold high standards of documentation and compliance

Continuing Education
- Stay current with new skills, technologies, and best practices
- Embrace ongoing learning as part of our culture
