Relationship Manager

Intern, Commercial Financial Services Salary : $26 – $42 per hour Full time The candidate will be responsible for delivering value-added financial advice and solutions tailored to clients. The candidate will be responsible for leveraging sales enabling tools, including sales planning, prospecting, and pre-call planning tools. The candidate will be responsible for applying a continuous-improvement approach to delivering a superior client experience.

The candidate will be responsible for developing a needs-based sales strategy for all clients and prospects to grow revenue, deepen client relationships, and achieve a high standard of client loyalty. The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending, along with previous banking experience in a relationship management role.



The candidate must hold a post-secondary diploma or degree, ideally in commerce or business administration, or have related experience.

The candidate must have experience in financial statement review, computer modeling, and analysis. The candidate will be required to demonstrate familiarity with technologies such as web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications. The candidate must have a passion for providing quality advice and fulfilling client needs.

The candidate must be a continuous learner with a deep curiosity for understanding diverse customers and staying up-to-date with changes in client needs, procedures, and relevant products.
