You will act as a key resource for clients seeking to enhance their identity management frameworks. This role requires strong collaboration across various departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Okta Identity Governance including SSO and MFA
- Integrate Okta across different enterprise applications
- Oversee Okta Lifecycle Management for provisioning tasks
- Manage access governance reviews and identity workflows
- Provide ongoing technical support and resolution services Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Technical Consultant in IAM
- Expertise in implementing Okta Identity Governance
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Okta
