Position Overview: The service desk supports multiple locations and currently handles approximately 5,755 tickets annually, with about 72% being Tier 1 support activities.
Key Responsibilities: Key technology areas include:
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Entra ID
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- Microsoft Teams
- Licensing and Mail Flow
- Windows Endpoint Support
- Print & Scan Queue Administration
- Service Desk Operations and Ticket Management
- Basic Tier 2 Escalation Support (network, wireless, phishing triage, server/backup awareness)
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have Candidate Qualities
Candidates should demonstrate
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience with identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes)
- Windows desktop and endpoint support expertise
- Excellent ticket hygiene, documentation, categorization, and SLA discipline
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to operate independently in a generalist service desk workplace
- Customer-service orientation and high-volume support experience
