Key Responsibilities

- Apply your renovation knowledge and experience to complete projects from start to finish.
- Perform a wide range of hands-on renovation and carpentry tasks with a high standard of quality.
- Assess project requirements and provide input on materials, labour, and tool needs.
- Coordinate and work alongside subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
- Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and productive work environment by following company policies and safety regulations.
- Mentor, support, and collaborate with team members in a positive team environment.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet expectations.
- Read and follow basic drawings, project scopes, and timelines while ensuring quality workmanship throughout.
- Assist with any additional tasks and projects as required.

Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Extensive experience in residential construction and renovation projects.




- Strong working knowledge of plumbing and electrical trades.
- Skilled carpenter with experience in both rough framing and finish carpentry.
- Experience with drywall installation, taping, painting, and other general renovation trades is considered an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans and drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to plan ahead and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of a construction environment, including lifting and other site-related activities.
