Your duties include supervising Care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and actively participating in resident admissions and care planning. You'll also manage documentation and address concerns, fostering a responsive care workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily tasks and assign duties to Care staff
- Monitor compliance with departmental policies
- Participate in resident care conferences and planning
- Handle emergencies with calm professionalism
- Mentor new staff and promote teamwork Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with active registration
- At least 3 years in continuing care settings
- Current CPR (BCLS) certification required
