Your duties include supervising Care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans, and actively participating in resident admissions and care planning. You'll also manage documentation and address concerns, fostering a responsive care environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily tasks and assign duties to Care staff • Monitor compliance with departmental policies • Participate in resident care conferences and planning • Handle emergencies with calm professionalism • Mentor new staff and promote teamwork

Requirements: • Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with active registration • At least 3 years in continuing care settings • Current CPR (BCLS) certification required • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
