Job Overview

We are seeking a floater detail-oriented Residential Condominium Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential condominium units and common areas. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will ensure residents enjoy a pristine living environment.

Duties

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and recreational spaces
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for daily use
- Communicate professionally with residents regarding their cleaning needs or special requests
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a safe workplace for residents and staff

Skills

- Proficiency in English
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential cleaning environments




- Excellent time management to complete daily tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Friendly communication skills to engage positively with residents
- Basic hospitality knowledge to support community events or resident interactions
- Good communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with team members
