Responsibilities

- Assist with various stages of home construction, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and painting.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate work.
- Follow all safety procedures and follow secure working practices
- Prepare sites for trades cleaning job sites, setting up scaffolding
- Assist in warranty items and daily tasks on site
- Support demolition and restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new work.




- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly.

Requirements

- Prior construction experience or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with clarity.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction techniques
- Familiarity with safety procedures on construction sites to ensure a secure working environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to coordinate effectively with team members.
