Ramen Arashi is a busy Japanese ramen restaurant serving both local customers and visitors.

No previous restaurant experience is required. We are looking for positive, reliable people who enjoy working as part of a team and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Position

Restaurant Staff – Full-Time / Part time

During the application and interview process, we will ask about your previous experience, interests, and the type of work you prefer.

You will generally begin with duties that best match your experience and preferences. As you receive training and become comfortable in the role, you may gradually learn and assist with different areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities may include

- Customer service
- Taking orders
- Cashier and POS duties
- Food preparation
- Cooking and assembling menu items
- Dishwashing
- Receiving deliveries
- Cleaning
- General restaurant operations

Our team works together across different positions to support smooth restaurant operations. Full training will be provided, so candidates without previous restaurant experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be available to work for at least 6 months
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Basic English communication skills
- Positive attitude and robust teamwork skills
- No previous experience required

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset. Candidates who are available for long-term employment will be given preference.





Compensation & Benefits

Hourly wage: Starting at $18.25 + Tips

Tips may average approximately $10–$15 per hour, depending on the shift, season, and sales volume.

Based on the starting wage, total hourly earnings including tips may be approximately $28–$33 per hour.

Base wage may increase depending on experience, skills, performance, and responsibilities.

Schedule Morning and evening shifts are available.

Weekly hours and schedules will depend on whether you are applying for full-time or part-time employment.
