Looking for a part-time job that works around school? Algonquin Outfitters is hiring Part-Time Sales Associates for our Huntsville store for the fall and winter season. This role is a great fit for high school students who want to build work experience, meet people and be part of an active, outdoor-focused team.
- Customer Service - welcome customers, answer questions and help create a great store experience.
- Sales & Cash - assist customers, answer phones and learn basic cash/POS duties.
- Merchandising & Inventory - stock products, receive shipments and help keep the store organized.
- Teamwork - jump in where needed and help keep the store running smoothly during busy weekends and holidays.

What we are looking for

- Friendly, dependable and comfortable talking with customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn - previous retail experience is not required.
- Able to work well with a team and stay organized in a busy environment.
- An interest in the outdoors, clothing, footwear or gear is helpful, but you do not need to be an expert.




- Available to work weekends and holidays during the fall and winter.

Our biggest need is for team members who can work weekends and holidays throughout the fall and winter. We understand school comes first and are looking for reliable people who can commit to a consistent part-time schedule.
