The Facility
Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of a recreation, fitness, or community facility, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment for staff and patrons. This role provides leadership and supervision to employees, coordinates facility activities and services, oversees administrative processes, and supports the delivery of programs, events, and registrations.
The Facility
Supervisor monitors facility operations, enforces safety standards and emergency procedures, addresses operational issues, and assists with budgeting, scheduling, and policy implementation. Working closely with management and other departments, the incumbent helps ensure facilities, equipment,
and services are maintained to a high standard while providing excellent customer service and supporting organizational objectives. Preference will be granted in accordance with the Collective Agreement for the PSAC bargaining unit for NPF Category I employees at CFB Kingston.
