Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to enhance shopping appeal.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stock rooms, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries both in-store,



providing clear information and solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; a solid willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles..
- Abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
