Shift: Monday to Friday (day shifts & evening shifts), Weekends, Holidays

Responsibilities

Customer Service

At Education Station, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in creating “WOW” moments that make every customer feel valued, supported, and excited to shop with us. Whether it’s a teacher, parent, or child care provider,



our goal is to provide an experience that goes beyond the transaction—building lasting relationships and a trusted reputation in our community.

- Deliver exceptional “WOW” customer service by greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming environment.
- Actively listen to customer needs, ask questions, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Respond to concerns or issues with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Go above and beyond to create memorable moments that inspire customers to return and recommend Education Station.
- Maintain a friendly, approachable, and professional manner in all interactions—in store, online, and over the phone.

POS & Phone Support

- Confidently use the POS system to process transactions, create sales orders, update inventory, and enter customer information.
- Answer phones promptly and courteously, providing clear and helpful information about products, services, promotions, and store policies.
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff or department and accurately record messages or follow-ups to support smooth communication.

Merchandising & Stock

- Receive incoming products and transfers, ensuring items are placed on the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Assist with merchandising displays when needed or when new products are introduced.

Store Upkeep

- Maintain store cleanliness each shift,



including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and tidying restrooms.
- Report any issues, concerns, or maintenance needs promptly to management.

Other

- Willing to help out at off-site events, representing Education Station in the community.
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned by the manager.

- Our ideal candidate is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts at our South location, with a open availability during the day (starting as early as 9am).

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00 per hour
