Position Summary:

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Co-op to join our Transformation department, reporting to the Revenue Processes Manager. This is a project-driven role where you'll build cross-functional skills by supporting new initiatives, learning our tools and systems, partnering with subject matter experts across the business, and driving deliverables from start to finish. You'll gain hands-on experience across process improvement, systems and tools integration, and project management - all while working alongside a team focused on driving innovation and delivering real value to our customers.

This is an 8-month, fixed-term position based out of our Mount Pleasant office in Vancouver, following a hybrid work model with three in-office days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Maintain and support the Revenue Operations team's internal and external tools and knowledge base
- Keep our systems data accurate and up to date to support reliable reporting and analysis
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM)



projects with explicit, consistent documentation and note-taking
- Assist with, and eventually own, short-term projects, applying project management fundamentals
- Help manage change across teams using effective change management and communication practices
- Spot opportunities for operational improvement and propose solutions
- Collaborate with teams across the Revenue function, as well as Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Data Science, to scope requirements and resources for cross-functional projects
- Help plan, coordinate, and execute time-sensitive projects and activities within the Revenue department
- Use AI tools to automate and optimize multi-step processes — for example, building agents that audit Salesforce data or a natural-language agent that answers common stakeholder questions

- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT to automate workflows, analyze data, or draft content

Nice to Have:

- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Catalyst) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, Confluence, GSuite, etc.)
